1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between SaFa GmbH and consumers (§ 13 BGB) that are made via our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of contract

Click on the "Place Order" button to submit the order. You submit a binding offer if you complete the online ordering process in accordance with 3.3. by entering the information requested there and in the last order step click on the button "Place order". After you have completed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and listing its details. The electronic confirmation of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the contract, but only serves to notify you that the order has actually been received. A binding contract is only formed when we accept your order by delivering the goods or by confirming the shipment.


4. Shipping Costs

5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

6. Pickup
We deliver by mail. Picking up the goods yourself is only possible after an agreement.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who does not is the carrier who has or has taken possession of the goods. Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract: or to SaFa GmbH, Neumann-Reichardt-Str. 27-33, Haus 16, 22041 Hamburg to be returned or handed over. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Storage of contract text
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions here on this page at any time. Your past orders are no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.


10. Contract Language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
